David Strickley
CEO & Founder
David is highly experienced in the cosmetics, fragrance and toiletries industry working for industry giants Cussons, L’Oréal, Yves Saint Laurent and Estee Lauder.
He has held a number of senior roles such as General Manager for Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetique, Sales Director for the Estee Lauder Companies, National Sales Manager for Yves Saint Laurent and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for L’Oréal.
David has been involved at a senior level in launching significant brands into the marketplace such as Polo Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger Fragrances and Crème de la Mer skincare, which became the number one premium brand in the UK. During his time at Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmétique, he launched the Avène skincare range.
Icon Partnership
In 2010, David decided to use his experience and passion in the fragrance & toiletries market and he created a full design, distribution company dedicated to creating and supporting fragrance and toiletry brands.
The company announced its arrival in style to the industry with the appearance of the girlband, Sugababes, at the COPRA (Cosmetics & Perfumery Retail Association) Ball, and the launch of its very first celebrity fragrance range.
The company has gone from strength to strength trading with companies both in the UK and globally. Thanks to David’s vision, the Icon Partnership continues to be approached by Premium brands and is now recognised as a major player in the industry.

Using her unique insight into the world of fragrance and a wealth of knowledge and experience, having previously worked at John Lewis, Harrods, Chanel and Ralph Lauren at a senior management level. Hazel manages the training team, developing and providing bespoke training programmes to ensure that everyone grows to love fragrance as much as she does.

Having been with Icon Partnership from the beginning, Amanda strives to ensure all our brands are designed, developed and successfully launched into the market place. Her mission is to create beautiful, premium products, and ensure that each brand has its own unique marketing strategy.
