Founded in Spring 2010, Ikon Perfume Ltd is a full service brand development and distribution company dedicated to supporting brands seeking to enter the global fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and toiletries market. More than ever the UK consumer is demanding British brands and we believe that the time is right to build a unique organization that can work with UK brand owners to extend into this exciting market.

After 7 years in Finance at HSBC, David has 25 years experience in the fragrance and toiletries industry, working for industry giants, Cussons, L’Oreal, YSL and Estee Lauder. He was a senior member of the team who introduced Ralph Lauren into the UK, and as the National Sales Manager for YSL and Sales Director for the Estee Lauder companies, he has controlled the in store launches of dozens of best selling fragrance brands. Latterly he spent 4 successful years as General Manager for Pierre Fabre skincare driving sales and profits of the Avene brand to record heights and developing a strong relationship with key retailers in the self-select skincare area.

After 3 years buying experience in Harrods Cosmetic and Fragrances Departments, Emily became a Brand Manager for Revlon Cosmetics. Later during her 7 years as Marketing Director at the Estee Lauder Companies, Emily was responsible for all advertising, creative and product strategies, managing successful launches from Donna Karan, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Aramis, Michael Kors and Missoni. She established Lab Series Skincare for Men as the number one premium skincare range for men and launched the Beauty Bank portfolio and established Tri-Aktiline as a best selling skincare product in Boots. Emily has developed a prestigious web site, often quoted as the model for all future fragrance industry transactional websites.

Tony started his career with 10 years management and buying experince in Fenwicks and House of Fraser. During his 24 years with The Estee Lauder Companies he held a number of roles, including Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Clinique Laboratories, Sales Director for Estee Lauder and General Manager for Prescriptives and Aramis & Designer Fragrances. As General Manager he directed the launch of DKNY and Tommy Hilfiger fragrances, delivering a succession of UK best sellers. He managed the team that launched Creme de la Mer to become the UK’s number one premium skincare brand and Tri-Aktiline to become the best sellers in Boots. During his 12 years at Aramis & Designer Fragrances, sales grew by over 500% and he was International Training Manager for all new General, Sales and Marketing Managers. He was a member of the International Fragrance Development Committee and was International Brand Manager of the Year for a record 4 years.
